This camper is being sold strictly as is. It will be sold first come, first served. A full set of Brophy tie downs is included in the price.

There is extensive water damage throughout the floor. It will need a full floor replacement. 

The electric jacks are fully functional.

Please do not call and ask what else is working, as we have not tested any utilities/systems on this camper.
